Pluk is a contemporary take-away formula in Haarlem, offering fresh juices, yogurt shakes, and special tossed salads that customers can compose themselves. The essence of the formula is to enjoy good food without preachiness—the emphasis on health is implicit, fun is explicit.
A Playful Haven for Healthy Indulgence
Envision a space where healthy choices meet irresistible delight: Pluk champions the 99% healthy lifestyle with a cheeky 1% treat, like whipped cream atop your virtuous selections. Designed by Tjep. in 2008, this take-away transforms mundane health food into a joyful experience, inviting visitors to indulge without guilt.
Bursting with Color and Gradient Magic
The interior bursts with color-grouped counters adorned with faux fruits and vegetables, crafted with a special gradient effect that took months to perfect. "The whole counter becomes simply delicious," notes Frank Tjepkema, overwhelming visitors with visual appeal that makes resisting the menu impossible. These elements blend fun and function, turning the space into a vibrant haven.
