Tjep. will charge a shipping fee for deliveries in the Netherlands, Europe and outside Europe.
Shipping
Tjep. strives to deliver its orders within indicated time through TNT post. Shipping rates are based on insured mail service. When shipping is delayed customer is informed by email.

Returns
Returns shall only be accepted within 8 working days if the product is received undamaged (in the original packaging). The cost of returning the product shall be for the account of the purchaser. Tjep. shall then refund the amount paid for the product within 30 days.
